Puer (ripe) Dark Tea is a variety of fermented dark tea produced in Yunnan province.

It’s dark brownish “ripened” puer tea has a uniquely aged wood note and mellow aroma, its bright reddish infusion is well rounded on the palate with a smooth, long finish. Mild in nature, puer tea is a great beverage to be taken any time of the day, especially after a heavy, greasy meal.
